Support_02All our residences are designed to optimize the use of natural light, and cross ventilation, wherever possible.

We design with a minimum number of partition walls within the home, to create a feeling of more space. Balconies, terraces and verandahs are important features of our homes.

We use materials which achieve a balance between being eco-friendly and easy to maintain. Most external walls are built with wire cut bricks or natural stone. We also use cavity walls, depending on the context. Besides being thermally comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, they reduce the recurring cost of painting, which increases every year.

If wood is used, it is seasoned and of a good quality.

Not only do our project ensure adequate water supply, we also recharge the ground water by rain water harvesting and grey water recycling, wherever possible.

Back up facilities in the form of generators are provided. We are exploring the feasibility of providing solar back-up where possible.


 

WHEN SHOULD I DO THE LEGAL REGISTRATION OF THE LAND AND WHY?

Support_03If you are planning to buy a villa, ideally the land registration shall be done prior to the commencement of construction. All sanctions and other formalities shall be done in the owner’s name itself.

If it is an apartment, the registration can be done towards the completion of the project.
